Candle Movement Review
 
The Candle Movement Review is designed for clients who believe a previously completed candle may have slowed, stopped, been canceled, or is not moving as expected.
 
Rather than immediately purchasing another candle, this service allows Boho to independently review the current energetic movement of your completed candle to determine whether it is still actively working, whether client interference has affected the work, whether new spiritual conditions are present, or whether a complimentary candle repeat is appropriate.
This service is intended to provide clarity before additional candle purchases are made.
 
Before Purchasing
This service is only available for candles that meet all of the following requirements:
• The candle was personally performed by Boho.
• The candle was completed at least 30 days ago.
• The candle was completed less than 90 days ago.
• A Spiritual Health Check was completed before the original candle was purchased.
Candles purchased without first completing a Spiritual Health Check are not eligible for this service. Choosing to purchase candle work without first identifying possible underlying spiritual conditions is entirely the client's decision and is already addressed within the policies associated with each candle.
 
What This Review Includes
• Independent review of your previously completed candle
• Assessment of the candle's current energetic movement
• Determination of whether client interference occurred
• Evaluation for new spiritual conditions affecting movement
• Professional guidance regarding the appropriate next steps
 
Possible Review Outcomes
1. Client Interference Is Confirmed
If Boho determines that the original candle movement was slowed, blocked, reversed, or canceled due to client actions, choices, resistance, contradictory behaviors, changing circumstances, or other post-service interference, your Candle Movement Review will include a Candle Reinstatement at no additional charge.
 
2. Complimentary Candle Repeat
If Boho determines that the candle should be repeated through no fault of the client, the candle will be performed again at no additional cost.
In this situation, your $249 Candle Movement Review fee will be fully refunded.
 
3. New Spiritual Conditions Are Identified
If Boho determines that new spiritual conditions have developed since your original candle was completed, recommendations for the appropriate next steps or additional services will be provided.
 
4. Your Candle Is Still Moving
Sometimes candle movement simply requires more time.
If Boho determines your candle is still actively moving and integrating appropriately, no additional candle work will be performed. You will receive guidance regarding the current movement of your candle and what to expect moving forward.
 
Important Limitations
This service is intended to review the movement of a previously completed candle. It is not intended to replace new candle work when circumstances have significantly changed.
Only one Candle Movement Review is permitted for each candle within any 90-day period.
If more than six months have passed since the original candle was completed, the candle is no longer eligible for review or reinstatement. A new candle purchase will be required if additional work is desired.
 
Boho will only perform one Candle Reinstatement or complimentary candle repeat for any individual candle. If additional candle work is desired after that point, a new candle must be purchased.

After purchasing this service, complete the Candle Movement Review Form.
Your review cannot begin until the required form has been submitted. If you cannot find the PDF download that is automatically sent to you after purchase, you can Fill Out The Form Here but you will need to email Support to get a copy of the PDF, please check your spam, trash etc before emailing support as it could take up to 7 business days for a response.
 
Important Information
The $249 Candle Movement Review fee covers Boho's professional review and evaluation of your completed candle. This fee is non-refundable unless Boho determines that your candle should be repeated through no fault of your own. In that circumstance, the review fee will be refunded in full.
Purchasing this service does not automatically guarantee a Candle Reinstatement, complimentary candle repeat, refund, or approval for additional work.
 
All determinations are made solely by Boho after reviewing the energetic movement of your completed candle.
 
Agreement
By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that:
• You understand the eligibility requirements for this review.
• You understand that the review fee is generally non-refundable except as stated above.
• You understand that Boho's energetic assessment determines the outcome of the review.
• You understand that only one Candle Movement Review is permitted per candle within a 90-day period.
• You understand that candles older than six months are not eligible for review or reinstatement.
• You understand that Candle Reinstatements and complimentary candle repeats are limited to one per original candle.
