• Candles are 2-3 weeks

• Soul Charts are 14-25 business days depending on the chart,

• All other services are 14-20  BUSINESS days which does not include weekends or holidays.

• Leaving comments under videos, posts or during my live streams

• Texting or calling the business phone number (unless it is to update your personal info that was originally sent in incorrectly or for an in-person service)
