After contacting support, you will receive an automatic reply. This message contains important information, answers to common questions, and direct links that may help resolve your issue quickly without further assistance.
Please read the auto-reply in full before sending additional emails. Many questions and concerns are already addressed there.
Forms
Forms are not sent manually by customer support.
Forms are automatically provided after purchase through a PDF included in your confirmation email. It is your responsibility to locate and complete this form.
If you do not see your email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Forms are also available directly on the website within each service listing. You can access them there at any time if needed.
Failure to locate or submit your form does not qualify as a service issue and may result in delays in processing your order.
Service Selection & Responsibility
Customer support will not assist you in choosing what to purchase. All service descriptions are clearly provided on the website, and it is your responsibility to review them and make your own decision.
Support will not be held responsible for what you choose to purchase. You are not forced or pressured to buy any service.
If you would like guidance on what services may be aligned for you, you can purchase a Spiritual Health Check and Consultation. Any recommendations provided through Consultations are based on your submitted information and are given to help you understand what may best support your situation. However, your final purchase decision is entirely your own. Moonstone Wellness Support is not responsible for the outcome of choices made after recommendations are given.

DO NOT SEND A SEPARATE EMAIL TO BOTH EMAIL ADDRESSES OR CC BOTH EMAILS, IT CAUSES YOU TO GET A RESPONSE FROM TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THE RESPONSE MAY NOT BE THE SAME, WHICH CAN CAUSE CONFUSION.
Do not email before the processing timeframe has passed unless there is a true issue with your order.
No check-ins or status requests.
Processing times:
• Candles: 2 to 3 weeks
• Soul Charts: 14 to 25 business days depending on the chart
• All other services: 14 to 20 business days
(Business days do not include weekends or holidays)
Do NOT use the following methods for order support:
• Instagram DMs
• Comments on posts, videos, or live streams
• Square messaging or business phone numbers
All of these will be redirected back to email.
