Moonstone Wellness Terms & Conditions

Service Timeframes (Updated 10/1/25 due to opening of In-Person services)

  • Candle services are completed within 2–3 weeks.

  • Soul Charts are completed within 14–25 business days, with larger charts requiring more time due to length and order queue.

  • All other services are completed within 14–20 business days.

Orders may be completed sooner, but these timeframes provide a necessary buffer during busier periods.

If You Have Not Received Your Order

  • All orders are sent from noreply@therealbohobae.com or no_reply@therealbohobae.com.

  • Please check your spam, promotions, or trash folders. If you still do not see your order, make sure to add both of these addresses to your safe senders list so that when we re-send your order, you can receive it without further issue.

  • Customer support email can be found in the Contact Me section of this website or in your automatic download confirmation email.

  • DO NOT call or text the business phone line regarding orders. All order-related inquiries are handled by email only, and all calls or texts will be redirected back to support.

  • Our support team will review your request and, if necessary, re-send your order.

  • Please send only ONE email per order issue and allow 3–7 business days for a response. This support channel is not instant chat, and there may be emails ahead of yours in the queue. All order-related emails are handled by our support team, not by Boho directly.

Important: Misdirected emails (emails sent to the wrong email address) will not receive a reply and will not be forwarded on your behalf. If you have followed Boho's content, then you already know her energy and her expectations.

Everyone who places an order here is (or should be) an adult, and the expectation is that you will read and follow simple instructions.

The correct contact information is provided very clearly in multiple places, and there are only two support email options depending on the service type. It specifically states who to email, where to email, and for what services. It is your responsibility to do this properly.

Contacting Support

  • If you have an order issue, you must email customer support at the provided email addresses. There are two dedicated support emails, each handling specific types of services to ensure the fastest response. Please make sure you email the correct address for your order as listed in the Contact Me section or in your Order Confirmation email. If you email the wrong team, they will not be able to assist you.

  • Please send ONE email per support issue. Sending multiple emails, sending DMs to Boho’s social media, asking Boho during a livestream, texting or calling the business phone line, sending messages through Square, or going through Boho’s assistant will not skip your inquiry to the head of the line.

  • Square is not one of the platforms where support is set up, and that inbox is not monitored. If you send a message through Square, you will be redirected to the correct support email.

  • You will always receive an automatic reply with very important instructions. Please read the auto-reply thoroughly as many issues are resolved there without needing further support.

  • If your issue is not resolved through the auto-response, our team will respond to your issue within 3–7 business days.

  • Due to the high volume of emails received, and in order to remain focused on fulfilling orders within the stated timeframe, Customer Support will not respond to emails where the answer is already provided in your order confirmation email, on this website, or in the automatic reply sent when you contact support. If your issue is resolved through any of these methods, it is your responsibility to read and review the information provided.

Candle Information
All candles begin working within 24 hours of being lit. The Protection Candle energy lasts up to one year. Other candles continue to work as long as possible, depending on your lifestyle and choices. Results are supported by your own alignment and actions. If your habits, energy, or environment are in harmony with the candle’s intention, effects can last longer. If your lifestyle works against the intention, the energy may fade sooner. Please review your confirmation email for additional information on candles.

Chargebacks & Disputes Policy
All purchases on this website is voluntary and final. Because services are digital and delivered by email, failure to locate the delivery email is not grounds for a chargeback. Customers must contact customer support if they cannot locate their order, and our team will promptly re-send it.

 

Customers must notify support within 30 days of purchase if they have not received their order. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for resending, refunding, or revision, as the order is considered complete and closed.

 

Any chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting support will be actively contested with full documentation.

Email Delivery Disclaimer
All services are sent from a no-reply inbox. Customers are responsible for adding our no-reply email address to their safe sender list and checking spam, promotions, or trash folders. By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery is complete once the order email has been sent from our system.

Additional Policies
For legal purposes, all candle work and spiritual services are for entertainment purposes only.

 

Moonstone Wellness is not a licensed attorney. If your candle work relates to a legal matter, you are responsible for seeking advice from a qualified legal professional.

 

Moonstone Wellness is not a licensed medical professional. If your candle work concerns a medical issue, you are strongly advised to consult with a licensed healthcare provider.

You agree that you are solely responsible for any actions you take following your candle work. By ordering, you agree not to include Moonstone Wellness in any litigation, subpoenas, or legal proceedings connected to the services provided.

 

Refunds, resends, or revisions will not be offered after 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of whether the order email was located. All payments are final.

By proceeding with any candle work or spiritual service, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
