Moonstone Wellness Terms & Conditions

Service Timeframes

Candle services are completed within 2–3 weeks.
Soul Charts are completed within 14–25 business days, with larger charts requiring more time due to length and order volume.
All other services are completed within 14–20 business days.

Orders may be completed sooner, but these timeframes provide a necessary buffer during busier periods.

Nature of Services

All products and services offered by Moonstone Wellness are spiritual in nature. Services are performed physically and energetically personally by Boho and delivered digitally.

There is nothing physical being shipped or returned. You are purchasing Boho’s time, energy, expertise, and access to her work and brand.

Once an order is placed, that time and energy are immediately allocated to your service.

Service Selection & Client Responsibility

All services are clearly described on the website. It is the client’s full responsibility to read and understand all service descriptions prior to making a purchase.

Moonstone Wellness and its support team do not assist in selecting services on behalf of clients and will not be held responsible for purchasing decisions.

Clients are not forced or pressured to purchase any service. All purchases are made voluntarily.

If guidance is needed, clients may purchase a Spiritual Health Check and Consultation, where recommendations are provided based on submitted information.

All recommendations are advisory only. The final decision of what to purchase remains solely with the client, and Moonstone Wellness is not responsible for the outcome of those decisions.

Client Information Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of purchase and on all required forms.

Moonstone Wellness is not responsible for any errors in completed services resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information provided by the client, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect name spelling
• Incorrect date of birth
• Incorrect email address
• Missing or incomplete details

All services are created based on the information submitted. If incorrect information is provided, the final service will reflect that information.

Corrections, revisions, or redos will not be provided in cases where the error originated from the client.

Moonstone Wellness does not verify or cross-check personal information submitted.

Order Changes & Updates

Once your order form has been submitted, no updates, edits, or additional information will be accepted.

All services are processed based on the information provided at the time of submission. Moonstone Wellness does not monitor email inboxes for changes, corrections, or additional details once an order has entered the processing queue.

Submitting additional emails, messages, or duplicate forms to update your order does not guarantee that updated information will be seen or used.

If changes are required after submission, the only way to ensure accuracy is to place a new order with the correct information.

Orders will not be paused, modified, or reprocessed due to client-submitted changes after the original form has been received.

Form Submission Guidelines

Do not submit multiple forms for the same order.

Forms are processed in the order they are received within our system. When your order is being fulfilled, the first form submitted is the one that will be used. Additional or duplicate forms are not guaranteed to be seen or applied to your order . Submitting multiple forms to update or correct information may result in your order being processed using the original form only.

Important Notice regarding form submission

Form submission does not always generate a confirmation or “thank you” page.

If you do not see a confirmation page after submitting your form, this does not mean your submission was unsuccessful.

Please do not submit multiple forms due to not seeing a confirmation page.

Submitting duplicate forms may cause confusion, delays, or your order being processed with unintended information.

Forms & Required Submissions

All required forms are not sent manually by support.

Forms are automatically delivered via PDF in your confirmation email after purchase. It is your responsibility to locate and complete the form.

If you cannot find your email, you must check your spam or promotions folder.

Forms are also available within each service listing on the website.

Failure to locate or submit your form does not qualify as an order issue and may result in delays.

Pricing & Payment Policy

All pricing listed on the Moonstone Wellness website is final and non-negotiable.

Prices are set based on the time, energy, preparation, and expertise required for each service, and are aligned with the scope and depth of the work being provided.

Moonstone Wellness does not offer:

• Discounts
• Price adjustments
• Price matching
• Payment negotiations
• Special pricing based on individual circumstances

Requests for discounts, financial consideration, or pricing changes will not be reviewed or responded to.

Pricing may change at any time without notice. Any changes will not apply to orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the listed price at the time of purchase.

 Astrology System Disclaimer

All astrology-based services provided by Moonstone Wellness are created using Western Tropical Astrology.

This system is the foundation of Boho’s work and is not interchangeable or customizable based on client preference.

By purchasing any astrology-based service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Western Tropical Astrology will be used for your chart
• Alternative systems (including Sidereal or other methods) are not offered
• Differences in interpretation between systems are not considered errors

This approach has been intentionally chosen as part of Boho’s methodology and practice.

If You Have Not Received Your Order

All orders are sent from:

You are responsible for checking spam, promotions, and trash folders.

Failure to locate your email does not mean the service was not delivered.

If needed, support may re-send your order within the allowed timeframe.

Order Issues & Timeframe

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact support within 30 days of your order completion email.

All concerns must be related to a verified error on the part of Moonstone Wellness or Boho.

The following do not qualify as order issues:
• Personal dissatisfaction
• Misunderstanding of services
• Failure to read descriptions
• Expectations not aligning after purchase

Requests submitted after 30 days will not be reviewed. All orders are considered final and closed.

Contacting Support

Support is for order-related inquiries only. This is not a personal line of communication to Boho.

All emails are handled by Boho’s support team.

You will receive an automatic reply containing important information that may resolve your issue immediately. You are required to read this before sending additional emails.

Please send ONE email per issue and allow 3–7 business days for a response.

Customer Support will not respond to inquiries where the answer is already provided in:
• Your order confirmation email
• The website
• The automatic reply

Support will not assist with choosing services.

Misdirected emails will not be forwarded. You are responsible for sending your email to the correct address. If you email the wrong team, you will be asked to email the correct team.

Prohibited Contact Methods

Do NOT contact regarding orders through:
• Instagram DMs
• Comments on posts or livestreams
• Square messaging
• Business phone line

You will be redirected to email support.

Auto-Reply Requirement

All clients will receive an automatic reply upon contacting support. This message contains answers, instructions, and links that may resolve your issue immediately.

Failure to review this information does not constitute a support issue.

Refund & Cancellation Policy 

All sales are final and non-refundable.

There is nothing to return. Your payment covers Boho’s time, energy, preparation, and execution of your service.

This policy is not based on satisfaction, preference, or understanding after purchase.

Failure to read descriptions, misunderstandings, or changes in preference do not qualify for refunds.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy:
• Through the Terms & Conditions
• By selecting the required checkbox at checkout

No refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or redos will be provided for any reason.

After 30 days, all services are considered complete and closed.

The full Refund & Cancellation Policy is available on the website and should be reviewed prior to purchase.

Respect for Business Policies

Moonstone Wellness operates with the same standards as any established business.

Boho expects her policies and procedures to be respected at the same level as any major retailer or corporation.

Having access to Boho through social media or direct communication does not give the right to request exceptions, bend policies, or disregard established rules.

Choosing to purchase means agreeing to operate within these terms.

Chargebacks & Disputes

All purchases are voluntary and final.

Failure to locate an email is not grounds for a chargeback.

Moonstone Wellness will provide full proof of:
• Service completion
• Delivery timestamps
• Policy agreements
• Terms & Conditions acceptance

All chargebacks will be contested in full.

Account Restrictions & Future Service Eligibility

Moonstone Wellness reserves the right to permanently refuse future service to any client who initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or requests a refund outside of the agreed policy.

In the event that a refund is approved as a one-time exception, the client may be required to provide identifying information, including the name used on social media accounts associated with their interaction with the business, for internal record-keeping and enforcement of future service restrictions.

This policy is in place to protect the time, energy, and resources dedicated to each service, as well as the integrity of the business.

Clients who initiate disputes or request refunds outside of the agreed terms demonstrate a misalignment with the structure and expectations of Moonstone Wellness and may no longer be eligible to engage with the business moving forward.

Email Delivery Disclaimer

All services are sent from a no-reply inbox.

Delivery is considered complete once the email has been sent from our system.

Clients are responsible for managing their email settings.

Candle Information

Candles begin working within 24 hours of being lit.

Results depend on your alignment, actions, and environment.

Energy may last longer or fade depending on how your lifestyle supports or opposes the intention.

Clients MAY or MAY NOT experience symptoms from the candles, as outlined in the confirmation received once your order is completed.

Legal Disclaimer

All services are for spiritual and entertainment purposes only.

Moonstone Wellness is not a licensed medical, legal, or financial professional.

You are responsible for seeking qualified professionals whenever necessary.

You agree not to involve Moonstone Wellness in any legal action related to services provided.

Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
