Moonstone Wellness Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Moonstone Wellness, all products and services are spiritual in nature. They are performed for you, delivered digitally, performed energetically, or fulfilled in person in our suite. Because of the unique nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy is clearly explained on our website, in your order confirmation, and throughout the checkout process. By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

  • We do not provide refunds, substitutions, exchanges, credits, or swap-outs for any reason.

  • Once an order has been processed, the time, energy, and materials have already been dedicated to your service, and your payment covers this work.

  • Spiritual services cannot be “undone” once performed, and therefore cannot be returned.

  • Refunds, resends, or revisions will not be offered after 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of whether the order email was located. After 30 days, all orders are considered complete and closed.

In-Person Appointments
All in-person appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $100. This deposit secures your appointment time, making it unavailable for other clients. If you cancel or fail to show up, the deposit covers the reserved time and the lost opportunity for another client to book.

Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of a dispute or chargeback, Moonstone Wellness will provide proof of service, delivery, and fulfillment to the financial institution. We will also provide proof of this refund and cancellation policy, as well as our Trems & Conditions, which are provided to you on the website as well as emailed to you after you place your order, as well as the check box agreement you made during checkout. All chargebacks will be contested in full.

Exceptions
Exceptions may only be made in the following rare circumstance:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product or service due to a technical error.
