Moonstone Wellness Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Moonstone Wellness, all products and services are spiritual in nature. They are performed for you, performed energetically, and delivered digitally. Because of the unique nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
There is nothing physical to return. You are purchasing Boho’s time, energy, expertise, and access to her work and brand. Once your order is completed, that time and energy are immediately allocated to your service. A refund would mean that the work, time, and energetic investment have already been given, making it non-recoverable.
This policy is not based on personal satisfaction, preference, or whether you fully understood the service after purchase. All service descriptions, expectations, and details are clearly provided on the website prior to checkout.
It is the fully client’s responsibility to read and understand what they are purchasing before completing an order. Misunderstanding a service, not reading the description in full, or deciding afterward that the service was not what you expected does not qualify for a refund.
This policy is clearly explained in your order confirmation, and agreed to during the checkout process. By placing an order, you automatically agree to this policy in two ways:
• By proceeding with checkout under the Terms and Conditions
• By selecting the required checkbox confirming that you understand and agree to the no-refund policy
By placing an order, you understand and agree that:
• We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, substitutions, exchanges, credits, redos, or swap-outs of services
• Your payment covers the time, energy, preparation, and execution of your service, not personal satisfaction after delivery
• Spiritual and digital services cannot be undone, returned, or exchanged once completed
• Failure to read descriptions, misunderstandings of services, or changes in personal preference do not qualify for a refund
Order Issues & Timeframe
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact support within 30 days of your order completion email.
All concerns must be related to a verified error on the part of Moonstone Wellness or Boho. Issues outside of this scope, including personal dissatisfaction, misunderstanding of services, or failure to review provided information, do not qualify as order issues.
Requests submitted after 30 days from the date of completion email will not be reviewed. At that point, all orders are considered final and closed.
Respect for Business Policies
Moonstone Wellness operates with the same standards and expectations as any established business and Boho expects her policies and procedures to be respected in the same way you would respect the clearly stated policies of any major retailer or corporation.. Our policies are in place to protect the time, energy, and integrity of the services provided as well as Boho.
Having access to Boho through social media, email, or direct communication, or knowing who the owner of the business is, does not give the right to request exceptions, ask for policies to be bent, or disregard the terms that are clearly in place.
Choosing to purchase from Moonstone Wellness means you are agreeing to engage with the business under the terms provided, and those terms are expected to be honored.
Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of a dispute or chargeback, Moonstone Wellness will provide full proof of service, delivery, and fulfillment to the financial institution. This includes:
• Confirmation of service completion
• Delivery timestamps
• This Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Terms and Conditions
• Proof of checkbox agreement at checkout
All chargebacks will be contested in full.
Exceptions
Exceptions may only be made in the following rare circumstance:
• You were charged more than once for the same product or service due to a verified technical error
Account Restrictions & Future Service Eligibility
Moonstone Wellness reserves the right to permanently refuse future service to any client who initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or requests a refund outside of the agreed policy.
In the event that a refund is approved as a one-time exception, the client may be required to provide identifying information, including the name used on social media accounts associated with their interaction with the business, for internal record-keeping and enforcement of future service restrictions.
This policy is in place to protect the time, energy, and resources dedicated to each service, as well as the integrity of the business.
Clients who initiate disputes or request refunds outside of the agreed terms demonstrate a misalignment with the structure and expectations of Moonstone Wellness and may no longer be eligible to engage with the business moving forward.
