Moonstone Wellness offers in-house Payment Arrangement Requests to help make eligible services more accessible.
A Payment Arrangement allows you to begin the process of paying for your services over time instead of paying the full amount upfront.
Please note that purchasing a Payment Arrangement Request does not automatically create or approve a payment arrangement. Every request is reviewed individually by Moonstone Wellness Support.
Payment Arrangements are approved on a case-by-case basis and are subject to eligibility, order amount, payment history (when applicable), and other factors. Payment arranegements for one on one sessions require full payment before the session can be booked.
How It Works
Purchase the Payment Arrangement Request.
Complete the required Payment Arrangement Request Form.
Moonstone Wellness Support will review your request.
If approved, you will receive an email outlining your required down payment, remaining balance, payment schedule, and any additional terms.
Your services will not begin until your Payment Arrangement has been approved and at least 50% of your total balance has been paid.
Required After Purchase
A completed Payment Arrangement Request Form is required before your request can be reviewed.
This form allows Moonstone Wellness Support to review your requested services and determine your eligibility for a Payment Arrangement.

Your request cannot be reviewed until your form has been successfully submitted.
Please submit your form only once unless instructed otherwise by Moonstone Wellness Support.
Did My Form Go Through?
If you clicked Submit and did not receive an error message, please assume your form was successfully submitted.
On some devices, the page may:

Appear blank
Remain on the same page
Display the confirmation message farther down after scrolling.
These situations do not normally indicate that your submission failed.
Please do not submit duplicate forms or contact Customer Support simply to verify receipt.
If a technical issue prevented your original submission from being received, Moonstone Wellness Support will assist you. Your place in the review queue will not be lost.
Initial Payment
The $50 initial payment is applied toward your service purchase and is not an additional fee.
Please note that $50 is the minimum initial payment only.
Depending on your total order amount, Moonstone Wellness Support may require a larger initial payment before approving your Payment Arrangement.
For larger orders, a higher down payment may be required to qualify for a Payment Arrangement.
If you would like to make a larger initial payment than $50, you are welcome to do so after your Payment Arrangement has been approved.

Making Additional Payments

This allows Moonstone Wellness Support to accurately update your payment balance.
Payment Arrangement Approval
Purchasing a Payment Arrangement Request does not guarantee approval.
Moonstone Wellness reserves the right to:
Approve or decline any Payment Arrangement Request.
Require a larger initial payment.
Modify the proposed payment schedule.
Limit the maximum payment period.
Request additional information before approval.
When Your Services Begin
Your services will begin only after:
Your Payment Arrangement has been approved.
At least 50% of your total balance has been paid.
Your required Payment Arrangement Request Form has been received.
Once these requirements have been met, your services will enter the normal processing queue.
Payment Completion
Payment Arrangements are intended to make Moonstone Wellness services more accessible and are not designed as long-term financing.
Unless otherwise approved in writing by Moonstone Wellness Support, approved Payment Arrangements must generally be paid in full within 90 days.
For larger orders, Moonstone Wellness Support may establish a different payment schedule at its sole discretion.
Clients are welcome to make additional payments or pay off their balance early at any time.
There are no penalties for early payoff, and no interest is ever charged.
Failure to make scheduled payments or communicate with Moonstone Wellness Support may result in cancellation of your Payment Arrangement, removal from the processing queue (if applicable), and forfeiture of any payments already made.
Important Information Before Purchasing
Before requesting a Payment Arrangement, you are responsible for reading:
The complete description of every service you intend to purchase.
All policies, disclaimers, limitations, and requirements associated with those services.
Any applicable Confirmation PDFs.
Requesting a Payment Arrangement does not replace or modify any existing service policies.
By submitting a Payment Arrangement Request, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all applicable policies associated with the services you are purchasing.
Refund Policy
The $50 initial payment is non-refundable once your Payment Arrangement has been approved, as it is applied directly toward your service purchase.
If Moonstone Wellness is unable to approve your Payment Arrangement Request under any acceptable terms, your $50 initial payment will be refunded to your original method of payment.
