Consultation Scope

This consultation is intended to provide personalized guidance related to your individual circumstances and the topics you wish to discuss.

Consultation time will not be used to discuss or debate current events, world news, politics, political figures, conspiracy theories, celebrity gossip, public controversies, or other topics unrelated to your personal situation.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree that the consultation is reserved exclusively for discussions that fall within the intended scope of this service. If you schedule a consultation for the purpose of discussing prohibited topics, or if you refuse to redirect the conversation after being advised that it falls outside the scope of the consultation, Moonstone Wellness reserves the right to immediately end the consultation. In such cases, the consultation will be considered fully rendered, and no refund, credit, rescheduling, or partial refund will be provided.

Moonstone Wellness reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a discussion falls outside the intended scope of this service.

Once your completed form has been received, Moonstone Wellness Support will contact you by text message regarding scheduling within approximately three business days.

Preparing for Your Consultation

For the best experience, please:

• Prepare your questions before the appointment

• Join from a quiet location with minimal distractions

• Use a stable internet connection

• Log into Zoom approximately 5–10 minutes early

• Have a notebook available for taking notes

Being prepared allows more of your session to be spent providing guidance instead of gathering background information.

Late Arrivals, Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

Please arrive on time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that later appointments are not delayed.

If you need to reschedule, contact Moonstone Wellness Support as soon as possible.

Clients who fail to attend without providing advance notice may forfeit the consultation.

Recording Policy

Audio recordings, video recordings, screen recordings, livestreams, screenshots intended to capture the consultation, or any other form of recording are not permitted without prior written permission from Moonstone Wellness.

This policy protects everyone’s privacy, encourages open and honest communication, and helps prevent portions of the consultation from being altered, shared publicly, or taken out of context.

Clients are encouraged to take written notes during or immediately after the session.

Failure to follow this policy may result in the immediate termination of the consultation without refund.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because this service reserves dedicated appointment time with both Boho and Jodie, all purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, substitutions, credits, and cancellations are not available once the consultation has been scheduled.
