If you schedule a consultation for the purpose of discussing prohibited topics, or if you refuse to redirect the conversation after being advised that it falls outside the scope of the consultation, Moonstone Wellness reserves the right to immediately end the consultation. In such cases, the consultation will be considered fully rendered, and no refund, credit, rescheduling, or partial refund will be provided.

Late Arrivals, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation.

Clients who arrive late may have their consultation shortened to avoid delaying later appointments.

Clients who fail to attend without advance notice may forfeit their consultation.

Recording Policy

Audio recordings, video recordings, screen recordings, livestreams, screenshots intended to capture the consultation, or any other form of recording are not permitted without prior written permission from Moonstone Wellness.

Clients are encouraged to take written notes during or immediately after their consultation.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in the immediate termination of the consultation without refund.
